Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it in new condition — please let us know before doing so. You will need to purchase return postage, using a service which is insured for loss or damage to the value of the returned items. Refunds, except for in-transit damage or loss, will not include any postage costs.
Loss / Damage
There are seldom any issues with loss or damage. Please report any non-arrival of items to us by email within one month of the original order being placed. Any damage to an item must be reported to us by email on receipt of the order. Please email photographs of the damaged packaging and goods. Please keep all damaged goods and packaging until we have spoken to the courier.
Postage
UK £2.00 per order, £0.30 each additional book.
International £3.70 per order, £0.60 each additional book.
Orders are usually dispatched within two working days.
Any import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Packaging
We use high quality, strong and plastic-free corrugated board envelopes and twin-wall boxes. All items are packed in compostable sleeves or wrapped in tissue paper before posting.
